The delivery driver will only deliver your goods to your hall way/passage, or to the ground floor. Assistance may be required.Room of Choice Delivery Service
We offer a premium, one man / two man, “Room of Choice” delivery service at a supplement charge of £19.95 per order (£39.95 for deliveries to remote areas) - you will be offered this upgrade at the time of checkout should you need your goods carried inside your property - whether that be on the ground floor, second floor or higher. With this service, you will be given a dedicated 4 hour time slot, as well as a call 30 minutes prior to delivery on the day of delivery. I have paid a significant amount of money to a company to purchase the bed online. Nothing came back to confirm any details about ordering.
I then contacted them to ask about delivery and the email said 10 weeks as bed not in stock at the moment.

I then contacted them to ask about delivery and the email said 10 weeks as bed not in stock at the moment.
Then a week later had a mail that said my bed was in stock and would be around 10 days for delivery.
That was over a week ago and still heard nothing at all but they have all my money??
Online customer service dreadful perhaps it is a better experience in the shop.
Also there Is no option to pay for building this bed which appears to be an option for all their other beds so when I do eventually get it at some point I am going to have to pay someone to put it together.
