A: Yes, the lower bed is on casters, and can be pulled away from the day bed if necessary.

A: The mattresses included are 2 x the Superior Quilted Sprung Mattress, which is a firm standard UK single mattress, with a Spring Coil System and layered quilted padding interior, suitable for adults and children.
